GM XZM Ultrafine Mill in INDIA

Case Study

A mining enterprise in India intends to make calcium carbonate powder with fineness of 5-10 micron; Needed capacity is 1.0 ton per hour. They had a Raymond mill which can not meet their preferred fineness. The feeding size from the raw stone is 12"-14". They have a major 16"×10" jaw crusher. Primarily based on customer’s scenario, we advisable full set of XZM221 Ultrafine mill for their requirement. The mill was installed in 2009 and is running perfectly in India now.

Production Process

Raw material of 12"-14" size is mainly crushed by the client’s jaw crusher down to 2" and after that enters our hammer crusher PC400×300, just after secondary crushing, it's going to be significantly less than 0.4", and discharged to bucket elevator. The elevator sends the material to storage hopper, there’s a vibrating feeder below the hopper, the feeder feeds material to most important unit of XZM221 mill evenly and continuously. When the material getting ground within the mill, the blower blows the powder to classifier, the classifier impeller is rotating at adjustable speed which can be controlled from manage cabinet, as per client’s requirement, powder significantly less than ten micron will probably be separated by classifier, and bigger powder falls down, becoming reground again and again. 10micron and much less than 10micron powder then visit the cyclone collector with the air from blower and be collected within the cyclone collector. Powder is going to be discharged from the discharge valve to grow to be the final products. The bag filter will clean the outgoing air to defend the environment.
